How a sheet metal part moves through our shop
Most parts start on the laser: our Trumpf laser cuts the flat blank, holes and cut-outs from sheets up to 5′ × 10′. Laser-cut parts are cleaned up before they move on.
Hardware goes in while the part is still flat — press studs, threaded press nuts and blind studs on our press stud inserter, plus tapped holes and countersinks.
Then the part is formed. Panels, doors, covers and enclosure parts go on our Salvagnini P4 automatic panel bender; brackets, channels and longer or heavier parts go on our 110-ton, 10 ft Amada CNC press brake. We pick the machine for each part.
Parts that need welding go to our Lincoln TIG cell, and decorative welds are blended on the grinding benches. Finished parts can be assembled here, so you get one delivery from one shop.

From one prototype to a production run
We are set up for one-off prototypes, short runs and high-volume work. Send a DXF, STEP or STL file — or any other CAD file, a PDF drawing or a sketch — and our team will quote it. Every order is reviewed by a real person before it goes into production, and we reach out if anything in the file needs attention.

The machines that do the work

Trumpf Laser Cutter
Cuts extremely precise parts out of Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Mild Steel and Galvanized Steel. It is equipped with an auto feed system for faster sheet loading. Sheet size up to 5′x10′.

Salvagnini P4 Panel Bender
A fully automatic CNC panel bender from Salvagnini, the company that invented panel bending. It forms flanges on all four sides of a sheet in one automatic cycle — up or down, with no tool changes between parts — so panels, covers and enclosure parts come out fast, square and consistent.

110 Ton Amada 10ft Press Brake
CNC press brake with 8-axis. Can bend parts up to 10ft long.

Lincoln TIG Welder
TIG Welding cell for Steel, Stainless, and Aluminum.

Press Stud Inserter
Used to press in press studs, threaded press nuts, blind press studs and more.
