Aluminum laser cutting and fabrication

About one-third the weight of steel, naturally corrosion resistant and easy to form — aluminum is a great choice for enclosures, covers and panels. We cut, bend and TIG weld it in one shop.

Choosing an aluminum alloy

5052 is our go-to aluminum for bent parts: it forms cleanly with tight bends and resists corrosion very well. Heat-treated alloys such as 6061 are stiffer and stronger but can crack on tight bends, so they suit flat or gently bent parts best. Not sure? Tell us what the part does and we’ll suggest one.
