Automatic panel bending on a Salvagnini P4, laser cutting, CNC press brake forming, routing, TIG welding, finishing and hardware insertion — the machines behind every part we make.
A fully automatic CNC panel bender from Salvagnini, the company that invented panel bending. It forms flanges on all four sides of a sheet in one automatic cycle — up or down, with no tool changes between parts — so panels, covers and enclosure parts come out fast, square and consistent.
Bends all four sides of a panel in one automatic cycle — a manipulator turns the sheet between bends
Up and down bends (positive and negative) without flipping the part
Universal tooling and an automatic blank holder: no manual tool changes between parts, so short runs and one-offs cost less to set up
Consistent angles and dimensions from the first part to the last
The sheet stays flat and clamped while it is bent — less handling and fewer marks on visible surfaces
2700 mm corner to corner · sides up to 106″ long, 59″ wide
Maximum ratings: what fits depends on the part’s shape, so send your file and we’ll confirm. Longer or thicker parts go on our 10 ft Amada press brake.
Made for
Electrical enclosures
Panels & doors
Covers & lids
Trays & pans
Cabinets & housings
Box and channel shapes
Panel bending shines on flat parts with flanges around the edges: the machine forms every side in one cycle, so a box-shaped panel that would take several setups on a press brake comes off the P4 in one go — and the hundredth part matches the first.
